Perforated Metal, also known as perforated sheet, perforated plate, or perforated screen, is a sheet metal that has been manually or mechanically stamped or punched to create a pattern of holes, slots, or decorative shapes.
Perforated materials are used in a number of different applications for a variety of reasons. Used as screens, filters, shields, and guards, perforated materials can control the passage of air, liquid, light, solids, heat, electromagnetic waves, and sound waves. In addition, perforated materials are also used for aesthetics in architectural and design applications such as facades, fixtures, and privacy panels.
We fabricate perforated sheets in round holes, slotted holes, square holes, rectangular holes, hexagonal holes and ornamental holes. The holes may be in straight or staggered patterns.
The materials that we offer for perforation include Stainless Steel, Aluminum, B.I., Galvanized, Copper, Brass and Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)
Perforated aluminum can be used in flooring, wall panels, decoration, metal partitions, security guarding and many other applications.

Q:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A:Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team making custom products according to clients’ drawings. We use Solidwork, AutoCad, ProEngineer softwares.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually 100sqm, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
Q: How much is your sample fee? Is it refundable?
A: Usually sample fee is three times of batch unit price and it will be returned during mass production.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity and difficulty of products. Usually our turnover time is 15-25 days.
